Hi, I’m Nay,
I’m 26 and I am a rider/trainer on the island.I am fortunate enough to be based with my horse at Home Farm with the best team mates around!
I love to be part of a team and my passion is to help others enjoy their horses. I specialise in flatwork, however my strong area is to help build confidence in both horses and riders.
I have 3 horses of my own; Lino – who I have retired after training up to PSG (we started dressage when he was 15!), Enzo – my 8yo dressage whom I’ve owned since a foal, we have competed Advanced and hope to establish ourselves at PSG this year and Patrick – my yearling who has come to Jersey this year.
I have backed and produced many horses, including Enzo, myself attending many championships off island and holding strong placings. We are working on the Grand Prix movements at Home and that is our end goal!
I have a strong interest in biomechanics of both horse and rider for which I have studied extensively. I am an Equinology Equine Body Worker specialising in Equine Sports Massage and I hold a Diploma in Horse Behaviour and Welfare. I have vast experience with young horses and behavioural issues, gaining experience from working as a yard manager at 2 separate yards on the island and training in the U.K. with reputable trainers!
